Toy manufacturer LEGO will build a $366 million, 2-million-square-foot warehouse and distribution center in Prince George, Virginia.
Global toy manufacturer the LEGO Group will invest $366 million to build a 2-million-square-foot warehouse and distribution center, Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin announced Thursday.
The project is expected to create 305 new jobs and marks a step in augmenting Virginia’s industrial construction and logistics economy.
Project: The new facility at 8800 Wells Station Road will be the first new build at Crosspointe Business Centre since Rolls-Royce exited in 2021.
Construction is set to begin later this year, with operations expected to start by 2027.
Strategic Location: The site leverages $35 million in existing infrastructure and site improvements, making it ready for large-scale industrial projects.
Complementary Facilities: The warehouse will operate near LEGO’s $1 billion, 1.7-million-square-foot manufacturing plant under construction in Chesterfield County, also set to open in 2027.
The company said these facilities will streamline supply chains and reduce lead times for North American markets.

“The LEGO Group’s decision to expand into Prince George County is an exciting new chapter in this partnership, bringing 305 new, high-quality jobs to the region,” said Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin.
