That acceleration is especially evident in our Takeoff Boost solution. In fact, our Product Team recently delivered multiple Takeoff Boost features months ahead of schedule based on customer feedback.
- Takeoff Boost for Painting now automates single-sided wall takeoff, generating separate linear measurements for each side of a wall on architectural floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and finish plans. Painters no longer need to manually duplicate lines for walls with different finishes or heights on each side.
- Enhanced Ceiling Takeoff automatically detects and separates Acoustical Ceiling Tile and Gypsum Wallboard patterns on reflected ceiling plans, organizing conditions by ceiling type. The optional tag feature uses the ceiling type symbols already on your plans (ACT-1, ACT-2, GWB-A) to identify detailed material quantities for each specific ceiling type.
- Ask Documents uses GenAI to let you ask questions about documents for projects bidding in the next 30 days and get clear, relevant answers. It's designed to help you extract value from the project information you already trust, faster.
Takeoff Boost now also offers additional capabilities within the newly redesigned Boost selection box, organized in three sections for Areas, Linears, and Counts.
- Existing Walls Detection: This enhancement will help contractors save time during their takeoffs by more accurately identifying and separating existing walls from new walls, instead of grouping them together.
- Automatic Window Counts: Boost will perform automatic window counts on the current page even when no tags are present, creating a new count condition and layer called "Windows" with counted windows marked on your plans.
