Our mission to help the construction industry start every project on a solid foundation is united with our pursuit of shaping a sense of community, with an intentional focus on the success of our people. 

We've adjusted policies and implemented a hybrid work culture that gives you back time that matters.

While we offer a hybrid work model within our four office locations in the U.S. and Canada, many of our teams have the option to collaborate anywhere they feel the most comfortable and productive. Combined with the availability for flexible schedules, our unique environment allows you to seamlessly blend your family and work life with full support from leadership.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We find value in inclusivity and strive to bring people onto the team who are thoughtful about building and growing a culture of belonging that fully embraces our differences. A Place Where You’ll Make the Difference

Team members across the organization make up our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board, which leads celebrations and conversations each month to educate, celebrate, and raise awareness on significant DEI topics.

We support team-driven Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, for our team members to share their stories and experiences and support one another. All are welcome. We currently maintain four groups:

  • Our Women’s Group provides an open forum to discuss and improve the forward progression of women with a focus on equity, expanding a culture of inclusion, and building belonging.

  • The LGBTQ+ and Allies Group creates space to drive awareness, spark meaningful conversations, and build thoughtful community engagement.

  • The Neurodiversity Group is developing an atmosphere of support and encouragement for our neurodiverse team members through reasonable accommodations, learning opportunities, and inclusive training.

  • Our BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) Group creates a safe space to connect, discuss wins, well-being and serve as a place to develop skills for aspiring minority leaders.
