ConExpo Try Takeoff Boost™ Contest
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor
The ConExpo Try Takeoff Boost Contest (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by ConstructConnect, Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
Are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and
Are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher).
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Limit on Prior Winners: An individual may win a prize in any promotion or contest sponsored by Sponsor only once during any rolling twelve (12) month period. Individuals who have won any prize in a promotion or contest sponsored by Sponsor within the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the start of this Promotion are not eligible to win the Prize.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on 3/2/2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 3/12/2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an eligible individual may obtain one (1) entry into the Promotion by completing all of the following steps (a “Qualifying Takeoff”):
Scan the QR code or visit the Promotion landing page provided at the trade show and submit your email address and any other requested information.
Check your email for a message from Sponsor containing a link to the Takeoff Boost™ web preview experience.
Upload a single-page commercial plan file (e.g., PDF, JPG, TIFF) using the Takeoff Boost web preview experience.
Run Takeoff Boost on that plan and review the resulting takeoff in your browser.
All steps must be completed during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional Qualifying Takeoffs by the same person/email will not result in additional entries.
Use of the Takeoff Boost web preview experience is free; no software purchase, subscription, or credit card is required. Use of Sponsor’s products and services is subject to Sponsor’s standard terms of use, which are separate from these Official Rules.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) prize of US $1,000 (the “Prize”). The Prize may be awarded in the form of a check, electronic payment, or prepaid card, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: US $1,000.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize.
Winner Selection and Odds
On or about 3/13/2026 Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be notified via email at the email address submitted at entry within approximately ten (10) business days after the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release (where lawful), and any required tax forms (including IRS Form W-9) within the time period specified in the notification.
If (a) Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner after reasonable attempts; (b) the potential winner fails to respond within the time specified in the notification; (c) the potential winner fails to complete, sign, and return any required documentation within the specified time; or (d) the potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries, at Sponsor’s discretion.
Publicity
Where permitted by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, company name, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements about the Promotion and Sponsor’s products for advertising, promotional, and other purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
Disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsporting or disruptive manner;
Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor;
Require all potential winners to sign a Release of Liability, Publicity Release (where lawful), and any tax documentation as a condition of receiving the Prize;
Correct any typographical, printing, or other errors in any Promotion materials; and
Interpret these Official Rules in its sole discretion.
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Release of Liability
By entering the Promotion, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parent (Roper Technologies, Inc.), subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liability (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize (or any portion thereof); or (c) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or any Promotion materials.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or unintelligible entries; (ii) any computer, online, telephone, hardware, software, or technical malfunctions that may occur; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer or email transmissions; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion.
Privacy and Data Use
By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor will collect the entrant’s name, email address, and any other information submitted at entry. This information will be used to administer the Promotion (including winner selection, notification, and prize fulfillment) and may be used by Sponsor for marketing communications about Sponsor’s products and services. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such communication.
All personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.constructconnect.com/privacy-policy. To the extent required by applicable law, Sponsor will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using entrant information for purposes beyond administration of this Promotion.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any action or proceeding relating to this Promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Winners List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by 6/13/2026 to: ConstructConnect, Inc., Attn: ConExpo Try Takeoff Boost Contest — Winners List, 3825 Edwards Road Suite 800, Cincinnati, OH 45209. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the Promotion Period.
