How much does it cost to upgrade from iSqFt BM to ConstructConnect Bid Management?
There is no additional charge to upgrade.
Will my projects on iSqFt transfer?
Yes, the projects you have created in iSqFt Bid Management are simultaneously available and updated in real time in your ConstructConnect Bid Management account.
Will my private directory contacts transfer?
Yes, the contacts saved in your iSqFt Bid Management private directory will be available and synced in real time with the data in your ConstructConnect Bid Management account.
How long does it take to migrate?
Migration times vary from company to company, but the process is very simple. Just let your Customer Success Manager know you are interested, and they will set up your ConstructConnect Bid Management account for you.
You can also sign up for training to help you familiarize yourself with the layout and new features and then start exploring and using the newly updated platform. Your Customer Success Manager will help you register for the training you need.
Can I use both platforms at the same time?
Yes, you can work on both platforms simultaneously. Changes made in one platform will automatically be copied to the other. This is helpful in the event you have several team members transitioning to the new platform at different times.
How do I get trained on the new platform?
Your Customer Success Manager will be able to give you an overview of the platform. We also recommend signing up for one of our free training sessions for more navigation and best practices for ConstructConnect Bid Management.
Does iSqFt Project Leads integrate with ConstructConnect Bid Management?
Yes, iSqFt Project Leads (called ConstructConnect Project Intelligence on the new platform) integrates the same great features, such as Copy Project into ConstructConnect Bid Management.
Will my subcontractors have a different experience if I switch?
No, subcontractors have already been migrated to the new ConstructConnect platform so their experience will not change if you start using ConstructConnect Bid Management.
What new features are available on the new platform?
While there are many new features, we’d like to highlight a few, specifically:
- Access to an easier step-by-step guide when setting up a project
- The ability to choose one or many users from a company to always be sent an invitation
- Build Trade Templates for projects with standard codes that get added to all or specific types of projects
Are all my favorite features still available?
Enjoy all your favorite classic features like:
- Optional Non-Disclosure Agreements per project
- Project Security settings allowing or denying an ITB to be sent to other contractors
- Push projects to Procore
- Copy Projects including Project Details, Project Documents, Project Trades, and
Bidders List
- Document formatting (standardized drawing and specification re-naming)
- Coverage reports and tools including call notes, pre-bid and post-bid status, exports of bidder lists, and more
