DAVE CONWAY, PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Dave Conway is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ConstructConnect, positioned as the commercial construction industry’s leading provider of construction project information, data analytics, and preconstruction software. Joining the company in 2000, Dave was named CEO and has led the company through challenging market conditions and dramatic growth and product innovation. A graduate of the University of Dayton, he began his career in the healthcare construction market, where he gained an appreciation for the relationship between owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and building product manufacturers. Dave also serves on several for-profit and not-for-profit boards including Boys Hope Girls Hope and AEC Cares.
JENNIFER JOHNSON, CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER
Jennifer Johnson is the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) for ConstructConnect. Since joining the company in 2008, Jennifer has held various roles including Product Manager, Senior Director of Product Management, and Senior Vice President of Product Development. In her current role within ConstructConnect’s executive leadership team, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the creation of customer-centric products, directing the corporate product strategy, and ensuring a positive overall user experience. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Jennifer served in both product management and marketing roles for various software providers. Jennifer has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and a MBA, both from Georgia Tech.
JULIE STORM, CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER, PEOPLE AND CULTURE
Julie Storm is the Chief People Officer for ConstructConnect. Joining the company in 2014, Julie was brought into the organization to assist the leadership team with developing a “Top Place to Work” culture within the fast growing company structure. A graduate of Wilmington College with a degree in business and her SCP and SPHR certification, she began her career in healthcare, followed by HR Leadership positions in advertising/branding, manufacturing, and hospitality. Julie also works with the Healing Center, a non-profit center for the underserved in our community.
ROBERT VEN, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Robert Ven is CIO and CTO at ConstructConnect. Robert oversees the cloud technology enablement of the ConstructConnect platform, comprising enterprise architecture, product development, quality, cloud operations, back office, and DevOps. Robert has over two decades of global experience building enterprise-scale SaaS solutions and has held various leadership positions including CTO at Bottomline Technologies. Robert holds an Engineering degree from Northwestern University and completed an executive leadership program at Cornell University. He holds numerous process credentials in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Scrum, ITIL and ISO.
MARK CASALETTO, PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTCONNECT – CANADA
Mark Casaletto, President of ConstructConnect – Canada, has over 15 years leadership experience in the industry. He is an active speaker at industry events providing insight and intelligence on the state and economics of the Canadian construction industry as well as trends and current events impacting the industry. In 2005, he joined ConstructConnect as General Manager and has since steered this 90-year-old authoritative voice of Canada’s construction industry to a respected and popular Canadian source for construction news, project data, and industry analytics. Mark sits on the innovation board of the CCA which puts him at the forefront of emerging technologies and changing markets and enables him to offer opportunities for new products, new services, and new business models to the industry.
HOWARD H. ATKINS, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER MANUFACTURING SEGMENT
At ConstructConnect, Howard drives customer sales and market share growth for our building product manufacturer team, focusing on sales innovation, customer acquisition, retention and competitive strategies. Howard joined ConstructConnect in 2018 with a successful track record driving commercial success, developing strategies for growth, optimizing business consolidation and creating innovative outreach initiatives, specifically for the manufacturing and industrial markets. Howard earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Currently an active community member in Atlanta where he lives with the three most important family members in his life, including his Pitbull, Ruby Jean.
BUCK BRODY, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE
Buck joined ConstructConnect in April 2018 after leading the Finance, Administrative, and Data Science teams at Roper Technologies subsidiary DAT Solutions, a SaaS platform connecting freight brokers with trucking capacity. Prior to this role Buck led the finance team at Roper Technologies subsidiary Inovonics Wireless, a leader in high-performance wireless sensor networks for commercial and life safety applications. Buck started his career with Roper Technologies as a financial analyst in the corporate headquarters, providing business unit performance analysis, due diligence and valuation research. Earlier in his career he worked in the U.S Senate and at Prologue Capital. He holds both an M.B.A and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
TODD CIGANEK, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, INFORMATION AND DATA OPERATIONS
As Senior Vice President of Information and Data Operations for ConstructConnect, Todd Ciganek is responsible for the management of all editorial content operations for the U.S.-based and offshore research teams. His teams deliver the most complete, accurate, and actionable preconstruction data for thousands of customers worldwide. He joined the company in 2011 and brought with him more than 25 years of experience in operations management, strategic planning, and editorial content acquisition/development. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Todd served as Fox News Midwest Bureau Chief where he coordinated the efforts of all reporting staff, investigated news tips, researched stories, and delivered information to meet publication and broadcast deadlines. Leveraging his industry and editorial experience, Todd is focused on optimizing ConstructConnect’s data collection strategy and ensuring that our customers receive the best quality and most accurate construction project information available.
JIM HILL, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER, MID-MARKET
As Executive Vice President and General Manager for Mid-Market, Jim Hill oversees all aspects of the Mid-Market business including sales, customer success, network acceleration, strategy and business development. Jim brings with him 30+ years of experience in developing high-performance sales teams and driving a customer-centric culture, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales for Angie’s List. He has a proven track record in product envisioning and management, sales execution, marketing and strategic planning and execution. Jim received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University.
JONATHAN KOST, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER, GC
Jonathan Kost is the Exec. Vice President & General Manager of the General Contractor team at ConstructConnect. He joined the company in 2016 and directly oversees all aspects of the General Contractor business including sales, customer success, network acceleration, strategy and business development. In addition, he leverages his industry knowledge to collaborate closely with the product development team to innovate products and platforms. Before joining ConstructConnect, Jonathan spent 18 years in the construction technology and data space with Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (now Corelogic) and Symbility Solutions. Most recently he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Symbility Solutions where he was responsible for the creation of expert systems that simplify construction project estimation, and solutions that engage consumers in the property claims process to increase efficiency, transparency, and satisfaction.
