Buck Brody
President & Chief Executive Officer
Buck Brody is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ConstructConnect. He first joined ConstructConnect as Chief Financial Officer in April 2018 after leading the Finance, Administrative, and Data Science teams at the Roper Technologies DAT business, a SaaS platform connecting freight brokers with trucking capacity. Prior to this role, Buck led the Finance team at the Roper Technologies Inovonics business, a leader in high-performance wireless sensor networks for commercial and life safety applications. Buck started his career with Roper Technologies as a financial analyst, providing business unit performance analysis, due diligence, and valuation research. Earlier in his career, he worked in the U.S. Senate and at Prologue Capital. He holds both an M.B.A and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Melanie Dow
Chief People Officer
Melanie Dow is the EVP, Chief People Officer at ConstructConnect, where she leads talent acquisition, talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational health. Since joining the company in 2018, Mel has played a pivotal role in supporting meaningful growth for our people and enabling ConstructConnect teams to be innovative, adaptable, and customer-focused. With a bachelor’s degree in public health and double minors in marketing and management from Miami University, Mel draws on a collaborative approach to help ConstructConnect attract, develop, and retain great people. Mel is passionate about developing others and creating practical programs that support leadership capability and organizational health.
Mike Dichiara
Chief Financial Officer
Mike joined ConstructConnect in April 2018 and has held progressively advanced positions within the Finance organization, rising from Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to, most recently, Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining ConstructConnect, Mike was employed by General Electric, where he advanced through their leadership development programs including the Financial Management Program (FMP) and the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS). Mike holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Originally from Boston, Mike resides in Cincinnati with his family.
Jennifer Johnson
Chief Product Officer
Jen Johnson is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at ConstructConnect, where she leads Product Management, Product Marketing, User Experience, User Research, and Marketing. Since joining the company in 2008, Jen has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, enhancing user experiences, and positioning ConstructConnect as a leader in construction technology. With a strong technical foundation in Computer Science and an MBA from Georgia Tech, Jen blends deep analytical expertise with a customer-centric approach to product and marketing strategy. She is passionate about solving complex industry challenges, streamlining workflows, and delivering solutions that empower construction professionals.
Gaurav Singal
Chief Technology Officer
Gaurav Singal is ConstructConnect’s Chief Technology Officer. He is an award-winning global technology executive with more than 25 years of experience driving digital transformation, product innovation, and scaling technology organizations across fintech, logistics, gaming, and investment banking. Most recently, Gaurav served as Chief Technology Officer at Cantaloupe (NASDAQ: CTLP), where he led the company’s transformation into a global leader in unattended retail technology. He scaled a $3 billion-plus payments platform serving more than 1.2 million IoT (Internet of Things) locations across North America, expanded its SaaS platform internationally, and introduced AI-powered smart retail innovations. Previously, he served as Executive VP & CIO of the Georgia Lottery Corporation, where he led the organization through a successful digital transformation. His previous experience includes serving as the Chief Product Officer for Last Mile at XPO Logistics; and Vice President of Technology at Goldman Sachs, where he drove electronic trading innovation and AI-powered compliance analytics. Gaurav holds a Bachelor’s in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago. Gaurav resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
Howard Atkins
Executive Vice President, Building Product Manufacturer Segment
At ConstructConnect, Howard drives customer sales and market share growth for our building product manufacturer team, focusing on sales innovation, customer acquisition, retention, and competitive strategies. Howard joined ConstructConnect in 2018 with a successful track record driving commercial success, developing strategies for growth, optimizing business consolidation and creating innovative outreach initiatives, specifically for the manufacturing and industrial markets. Howard earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Currently, an active community member in Atlanta where he lives with the three most important family members in his life, including his Pitbull, Ruby Jean.
