ConstructConnect’s CEO Ranked #1 in Ohio

In short:

• ConstructConnect CEO Buck Brody was recently ranked Ohio’s Top CEO to Work For by Comparably, a workplace culture platform that bases its rankings on anonymous employee feedback.
• This recognition reflects positive comments from ConstructConnect team members about Buck and the broader leadership team.
• In addition to that recognition, ConstructConnect also ranked among Comparably’s 2025 Best Leadership Teams and was named a 2025 Cincinnati Top Workplace by The Cincinnati Enquirer based on feedback from our team members.

ConstructConnect CEO Buck Brody was recently ranked as Ohio's top-rated CEO by Comparably, a workplace culture platform that bases its rankings on anonymous employee feedback.

Buck was named CEO of ConstructConnect in 2024 after first joining the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2018. ConstructConnect ranks in the Top 5% of CEO ratings for companies of its size across the U.S. on Comparably.

This recognition reflects comments from ConstructConnect team members on Comparably about Buck and the broader leadership team, including:

• “You get the sense that every member of the leadership team is invested in getting to know their team members as people and providing them opportunities to expand their impact.”

But that’s not ConstructConnect’s only recent recognition for our leaders. Our company has also been recognized in other areas by Comparably and Top Workplaces, a national employer recognition program, for its leadership and management.

Comparably Best Leadership Teams Award

This month, feedback about our leadership resulted in ConstructConnect’s recognition being among the 2025 Best Leadership Teams by Comparably. This award is based on anonymous ratings from current employees over the past 12 months regarding satisfaction with their CEOs, executive leadership teams, and direct managers.

A Cincinatti Top Workplace

In May, ConstructConnect received a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by Cincinnati Top Workplaces. A full list of winners is published by The Cincinnati Enquirer for Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. 

In addition to being named a Cincinnati Top Workplace, ConstructConnect was recognized as one of only 17 area companies to receive a special award related to key themes of the employee experience. Our special award, for Managers, reflected survey feedback from ConstructConnect team members such as, “My manager helps me learn and grow,” and “My manager cares about my concerns.”

As a result of our participation in the annual Top Workplaces survey, ConstructConnect ranks overall in the Top 9% within our industry for caring and supportive managers. Additionally, 92% of team members believe that their manager cares about their concerns.
